- FREE standard shipping on orders of $50 or more
- Flat $5.95 standard shipping on orders under $50
Processing and delivery times
Our products ship directly from trusted partner warehouses, mostly in the US. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Typical delivery is 5–12 business days after the order is placed. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may run longer around holidays.
Multiple packages
Because items ship from different warehouses, an order may arrive in more than one package. You only pay shipping once.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as each package ships.
Gift orders
Shipping directly to him? Enter his address at checkout. Packing slips don't show prices.
Where we ship
We currently ship to US addresses only, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses, which may take longer. We don't ship internationally yet.
Holiday deadlines
We post order-by dates for major holidays on our homepage. To be safe, order at least 14 days before the date you need it.
Lost or late packages
If tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email jim@hisgiftbox.com and we'll make it right.
