By using hisgiftbox.com or buying from us, you agree to these terms.
- The store. HisGiftBox is an online store selling men's grooming and leather gift products. The store runs on Shopify.
- Eligibility. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to place an order.
- Products and descriptions. We work to show products accurately. Colors, wood grain, leather, and natural materials vary, and screens differ. Our grooming products are cosmetic. They aren't intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Patch-test new skin products and stop using them if irritation occurs.
- Pricing and availability. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders (for example, for pricing errors or suspected fraud), and discontinue products. If we cancel a paid order, you'll get a full refund.
- Payment. By submitting an order, you confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method.
- Shipping, returns, and refunds. These are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.
- Personalization. You're responsible for the accuracy of any engraving or personalization text you submit.
- Intellectual property. All site content, including the HGB and HisGiftBox names, logos, images, and text, belongs to HisGiftBox and can't be used without permission.
- Prohibited use. Don't misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for anything unlawful.
- Disclaimer and limitation of liability. The site and products are provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.
- Changes. We may update these terms. Your continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
